The Senior Product Marketing Manager (Core and supplemental ELA Portfolio) is responsible for the launch and growth of Imagine Learning’s ELA Portfolio. This position requires a deep understanding of the customer and the market. Collaborates with the Product Management and Development team to help inform the ongoing development of existing programs and plan for the development of new product offerings. The Senior Product Marketing Manager designs and executes the Marketing Launch Plan for each product in the ELA portfolio, effectively positioning the product in the market, creating awareness and generating leads, and enabling the sales team.
Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $106,557.00 and $120,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office.
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 40-50% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build the strategy and drive the execution of ELA product launches/go-to-marketing marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Craft and execute market analysis and comprehensive marketing plans.
- Create digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing team to execute campaigns designed to create measurable pipeline impact and support the execution of effective lead generation programs.
- Deliver comprehensive Competitive Analysis to help inform and shape the product positioning and effectively differentiate the product in the market.
- Work closely with Field Enablement team to train and support the sales teams to articulate product positioning and advantages. Travel to conferences, sales activities, and corporate meetings.
- Work closely with Market Research team to understand customer needs and competitive landscape and test all positioning and messaging.
- Serve as an internal business partner to all key constituents, especially Sales, Corporate Marketing and Product Management.
- Collaborate with all key cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Management, Field Enablement, Digital Marketing, Curriculum Experts, Sales and Success Teams, and Event Marketing.

Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 5 years of Product Marketing experience in EdTech for ELA curriculum products; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. K-5 ELA experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success working with Sales Leadership team.
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the K-12 marketplace and our company’s position within it.
- Strategic marketer with a passion for the customer.
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills, including ability to distill complex issues quickly and summarize key points and implications.
- Strong collaboration skills with an outstanding track record in facilitating alignment across stakeholders and teams.
- Experience with, and desire to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong skills in Google and Microsoft Suites, Zoom, Salesforce or other integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Monday.com and SmartSheet experience helpful.
- Willing to travel nationally 40-50%. Located near a major airport.
